Payment policy
Payment terms for cruise bookings are categorized according to the booking window as follows:
1. For advance bookings. Less than 100 days*
Full Payment: You are required to pay the full amount of 100% on the day of booking.
2. For advance bookings, starting from... 100 days or more*
If you plan and book further in advance than the specified period, you can choose from two payment methods:
Option 1: Full Payment: Pay the deposit along with the remaining balance on the day of booking.
Option 2: Split Payment:
Installment 1: Pay the "deposit" on the day of booking.
Installment 2: Settle the outstanding balance by the specified date.
*Important Note: Timeframe “"100 days"” The criteria specified are only basic guidelines. The actual specified timeframe may be subject to change. Depending on the policies of each cruise line and your sailing date, please double-check the exact terms and conditions during the booking process.
Refund Policy
Refund processing fees will be calculated based on the original payment method as follows:
