Before leaving your accommodation:

- Tagging luggage: Ensure that all checked baggage is clearly tagged with the cruise line's official luggage tag, indicating your name, cabin number, and booking details. The cruise line usually provides these in advance, or they can be printed from the cruise line's website.
- Carry-on bag (Hand Carry Bag): Pack a small bag containing essentials you'll need for the first few hours on the ship, as your checked baggage may take several hours to reach your cabin. This includes medications, valuables, travel documents, swimwear (if you plan to use the pool immediately), and any other specific items you might need before dinner.
Arriving at Marina Bay Cruise Centre (MBCC):
- Recommended time to arrive: As previously suggested, you should allow at least [time] to arrive at the port. 3 hours before the scheduled departure time (16:00). Therefore, you should set a goal to arrive within a specific timeframe. 1:00 PM (1 o'clock in the afternoon)

Waiting to board the ship:
- Waiting area: After passing security, you will enter a large waiting area. Find a comfortable seat and rest.
- Listen for the announcement: Boarding is usually done in groups (e.g., by floor, cabin number, or membership status). Please listen carefully for announcements calling your group for boarding.

Boarding the ship:
