SG Arrival Card (SGAC) Registration Process

1. Visit the Singapore Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA) website.

  • Go to the ICA website homepage: https://eservices.ica.gov.sg/sgarrivalcard/
  • Select a menu. “Visitor” (For tourists)
  • Click on “SG Arrival Card”
  • Press the button “Submit SGAC” To begin the process.

2. Select your travel dates and fill in your personal information.

  • Date of Arrival: Choose the date we will arrive in Singapore.
  • Personal Information: Fill in the information correctly according to your passport.
    • Full Name
    • Passport Number
    • Passport Expiry Date
    • Date of Birth
    • Nationality/Citizenship
    • Caution: Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months and not yet expired.

3. Fill in your trip information.

  • Last City/Port of Embarkation: The last city you visited before arriving in Singapore (e.g., Bangkok).
  • Mode of Travel:
    • AIR (airplane)
    • LAND (land route)
    • SEA (By sea – this is the option chosen by cruise ship customers)
  • Accommodation: Select the type of accommodation in Singapore (Hotel / Residential / Others).

4. Check the details and accuracy.

  • The system will display all the information for us to review again.
  • Enter code Security Verification (The numbers shown in the image)
  • Press the button Submit

5. Record of Evidence (Download)

  • Once the request is successful, the screen will display "Submission Successful".“
  • You can choose to press... Print (Print the document) or Download PDF You can save it on your phone.

6. Done! Check your email for confirmation.

  • The system will send registration confirmation to the email address you provided.
  • The email subject will indicate that you have received your Arrival Card (which can be shown to staff).

If you are traveling with children or grandchildren, in addition to the child's passport, you will need to prepare additional documents depending on the case, as follows:

Case 1: Both parents go together.

Case 2: The child is traveling with either the father or the mother.

  • Marriage certificate: And those not traveling with the minor must obtain a letter of consent for the minor to travel abroad (issued no more than 30 days before departure).

  • In the case of sole custody of a child (Civil Service Commission Section 14): Use a child custody certificate, divorce certificate specifying custody rights, or a court order (a letter of consent from the other party is not required).

Case 3: The person taking the child on the trip is "not" the father or mother (e.g., grandparents/relatives).

  • Must have “"Consent form for a minor to travel abroad"”
  • note: This document must be issued by the district or municipal office where the parents' names are registered. The parents must apply in person; power of attorney is not permitted.
  • Documents required for applying for a letter: National ID cards, house registration certificates, birth certificates, marriage/divorce certificates, and name change certificates (if applicable) of both parents and the child, clearly stating the name and surname of the relative accompanying the child.
