Anthem of the Seas

Overview

Key Highlights

1.1 Visual Engineering: North Star®

The most striking feature of this ship is... North Star® It is a spherical glass capsule mounted on a hydraulic arm on the ship's deck. This innovation has been recognized by Guinness World Records as the highest observation deck on a cruise ship, capable of lifting passengers to a height of over 300 feet (approximately 91 meters) above sea level. 1 This design provides passengers with an unobstructed 360-degree view, which in the psychology of tourism is considered to create a "peak moment" or the most memorable part of a trip. 1

1.2 Revolutionizing Entertainment with Technology: Two70® and Bionic Bar

Anthem of the Seas presents a space... Two70® The stern area, named after the 270-degree view through its floor-to-ceiling glass walls, functions as a large living room during the day, bathed in natural light. But at night, technology... Vistarama® These mirrors will be transformed into a high-resolution 12K display screen over 100 feet wide, working in conjunction with... Roboscreens® This consists of six LED screens mounted on a robotic arm, capable of free movement and rotation, creating a new dimension in performance that blends acrobatics with digital art. 1 In addition, there are... Bionic Bar Using two industrial-grade robotic arms as bartenders, mixing drinks according to orders from a tablet, this demonstrates the application of automation to create entertainment.

1.3 Multipurpose activity area: SeaPlex®

Spatial structure analysis revealed that: SeaPlex® This is the largest indoor active space at sea. The space's design is highly versatile, allowing its function to change depending on the time of day. It can transform from a standard-sized basketball court in the morning, a trapeze school in the afternoon, and a bumper car park or roller skating rink in the evening. This efficient use of space overcomes limitations of the ship's interior and external weather conditions, enabling activities to take place in any environment.

1.4 The Flying Experience: RipCord® by iFLY®

Anthem of the Seas was one of the first ships to offer a simulated skydiving experience via a device. RipCord® by iFLY® This is a vertical wind tunnel installed at the stern of the ship. This technology allows passengers of all ages and skill levels to experience the feeling of floating in the air without having to jump from an actual airplane, elevating cruise activities from mere relaxation to adventure cruising.
