Being well-prepared is key to a successful cruise! Once you have your Port Arrival Time (PAT), it's recommended to arrive on schedule (the first departure is usually around 11:00-12:00). Here are 9 super easy check-in steps:
9 Steps to Check-in
- Level 2 Bag Drop Points: Upon arrival at the pier, disembark at the second floor. Staff will be waiting to assist with your large luggage. Clearly state your room number, and they will print luggage tags and deliver them directly to your room.
- Prepare your QR code: Before entering the building, have a screenshot of the QR code for check-in ready. (Taking a screenshot is more convenient than opening it directly from the app, as the signal may be unstable.)
- Filter by time: Enter the building according to the signs indicating your check-in time. Staff will scan the QR code again to verify your time slot.
- Security Check: Pass through the X-ray machine with your handbag. (Caution: Extension cords with long cables will be secured for safety!)
- Counter Check-in: Present your passport at the counter, and you will receive... Boarding Group Number Then, sit and wait to be called in line.
- Photo backdrop: Along the way to the immigration checkpoint, there's a nice spot for taking photos. Feel free to take pictures there, or you can just walk past.
- Immigration (ICA): Passing through immigration using the automated gates, just like at the airport, is very convenient and fast.
- The Gangway: Walk along the connecting walkway towards the Disney Adventure ship.
- Final Scan: Scan the final QR code… Congratulations! You have successfully boarded the ship!
