1. General Terms and Conditions

• Travel duration: Valid for cruises of 2 nights or more.

• Selecting permissions: You must select the Free at Sea™ privilege at least 24 hours prior to departure and it cannot be changed once on board.

• Booking rights: For new individual (FIT) bookings only, and all guests in the room must select the same privilege.

• Supporting offices: Valid for bookings made through NCL's Asia branches (including Thailand). Taxes, fees, and port charges will be calculated separately from the vessel price.

• Additional fees: Additional onboard surcharges (gratuities) and package fees may apply.

• Cancellation: Subject to Norwegian Cruise Line terms and conditions, it is recommended to purchase travel insurance.

• value: The benefits cannot be exchanged for cash, are non-refundable, and non-transferable.

2. Beverage Package (Free at Sea™ Beverage Package)

• Exceptions: Excluding Pride of America cruises.

• Age criteria: Guests 1 and 2 must be 21 years of age or older on the day of travel to receive the alcoholic beverage package. If under 21, they will receive a soft drink package instead.

• amount: Limit of 2 drinks per order per person.

• What's included in the package: Gin, whiskey, cocktails, wine by the glass, draft or bottled beer, soft drinks, fruit juice, and non-alcoholic beer.

• Things not included: Beverages from the Connoisseur's Collection, Starbucks, room service, bottled water, freshly squeezed juice, and drinks from vending machines.

• Usage: Not valid at bars and restaurants on Great Stirrup Cay (for cruises docking from March 1, 2026 onwards) and Harvest Caye.

• Estimated price: The beverage package is valued at $28.50 per person per day, and soft drinks at $12.50 per person per day (prices are subject to change).

3. Beverage Package for the Hawaii Route

• Usage: Valid only on Pride of America cruise ships. For guests 21 years and older.

• Additional items included: Includes freshly squeezed fruit juice, Vero bottled water (regular), and specialty coffee, available only in the restaurant.

• Exceptions: Excludes specialty coffees served outside the restaurant, room service, or vending machines.

4. Specialty Dining Package

• Target group: For the first and second guests in a booking only.

• Age criteria: Guests aged 2-12 years receive a free children's menu, but a surcharge will apply for orders from the onboard specialty restaurants.

• Menu: One meal includes a maximum of 3 appetizers, 1 main course, and a maximum of 3 desserts.

  • note: For Sushi, Wasabi, Nama, Food Republic, Pincho Tapas Bar, and Raw Bar, you can choose a maximum of 4 items per person.

• Exceptions: Not valid at The Bake Shop, Ice Cream Bar, Asian restaurant specials, festive menus (e.g., New Year, Christmas), and excludes beverages.

• Advance reservations: Online bookings are available, but full payment is required in advance. Package benefits must be secured on board the ship.

5. Wi-Fi Package

• Usage period: The Wi-Fi package will be determined based on the number of nights you are traveling.

• Eligible recipients: The offer will be applied to all guests staying in the same room.

• Terms and conditions of use: Wi-Fi packages are on a per-person basis.

• Access: One login account is granted per guest, and only one device can be used simultaneously.

• Limitations: The package has a limited number of minutes and does not support streaming.

• Areas where service is unavailable: Wi-Fi packages are not available at Great Stirrup Cay or Harvest Caye.

• fee: The Wi-Fi package includes the activation fee.

6. Excursion Credit

• Eligible recipients: This offer is valid only for the first guest on the booking list. The first guest will receive a complimentary shore excursion for bookings priced at $50 or less per port of call.

• Using credit: The first guest can use $50 credits per port for more than one shore-based tour, provided those tours are in the same port.

• Types of tours supported: The $50 credit can be used for all types of shore excursions, including debarkation tours.

• In the case of differences: If the tour cost is less than the credit value, the difference cannot be exchanged for cash or other credits.

• Items excluded from the promotion: The $50 credit cannot be used for shuttle service fees within the portfolio.

• Can be used in conjunction with other discounts: Latitude members can use this discount on shore excursions in conjunction with their $50 credit.

• Order of discount deduction: In the event of multiple credits or discounts, the system will deduct the $50 credit first, followed by other shore tour discounts.

• In case of cancellation: If a port or shore tour is cancelled, guests will only receive a refund for the actual amount they paid.

• Advance payment: For tours purchased before the cruise, a $50 credit will be deducted from the balance of the first guest at the time of purchase.

• Purchasing on board: For tours purchased on board, a $50 credit will be deducted from the first guest's onboard account.

• Additional restrictions:

  • If the first guest purchases a tour ticket for another guest, the $50 credit will not be used for that ticket.

  • The first guest cannot purchase tours with overlapping or overlapping dates.

  • For anchoring at Great Stirrup Cay and Harvest Caye, a credit of $50 is required and does not include equipment rentals.

  • Pre- and post-cruise land tours are not included in this promotion.

  • This offer cannot be used for Behind the Scenes Tour or Late Checkout services.

  • Credits have no cash value, are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for any currency.

  • Other guests in the same room are not eligible for this $50 credit.

  • Private or custom shore excursions are not included in this promotion.

7. The 3rd and 4th guests stay free.

• Excluded room types: Not applicable to Studio or Solo room types (codes T1, IT, OT & BT).

• Roommate requirements: This offer applies to the 3rd and 4th guests staying in the same room as the 1st and 2nd guests who are paying the full price.

• Scheduled boat trips: Valid only for participating ferry dates.

• Deposit: No deposit is required for the 3rd and 4th guest who are eligible for the promotion.
