Packing for a cruise is different from a regular hotel stay. Onboard, security and fire safety measures are extremely strict. All luggage, both checked and carry-on, must go through X-ray machines. If any prohibited items are found, they will be confiscated at the port's storage area and returned to you on your disembarkation day.

🚫 1. Strictly prohibited items! (Violating both maritime regulations and Singaporean law)
Anyone carrying this could face heavy fines right at Singapore airport:
- ❌ Chewing gum: Importation into Singapore is strictly prohibited (including nicotine gum).
- ❌ All types of e-cigarettes/vapes: This is a serious violation of Singaporean law. Leave it behind in Thailand.
- ❌ All types of drugs: This includes cannabis and products containing CBD.
🔌 2. Electrical Appliances Category (Electricity is a big deal!)
- ❌ Heat generating equipment: Iron, portable steam iron, electric pan, rice cooker, deep fryer, blender, kettle, and coffee maker are available on board. (Free irons are available in the laundry room.)
- ❌ Extension cords: Absolutely forbidden.
- ✅ Universal power adapter: You can bring it on board. but It must be a model that does not have a surge protector specified on the device.
- ✅ Hair dryer / Hair straightener: You can bring them on board, but hair dryers must not exceed 220V/2000 watts or 110V/1500 watts.
- (✨ A delightful treat for guests staying in Concierge rooms (levels 1-3): No need to bring heavy luggage, because Disney provides a Dyson hair dryer in your room!)
🍔 3. Food and Beverages (Important: Must be carried on as a carry-on; do not check it into your main luggage!)
- ❌ Cooked food / Food that has been opened: Do not bring on board the boat.
- ✅ Dried food / snacks: The bag or box must still be sealed (factory packed).
- ✅ Life-saving items for Thai people: Bottled/packaged seafood dipping sauce, securely sealed, perfect for enjoying with seafood on a boat!
- ✅ drink: Unopened UHT milk or bottled water can be brought on board the ship in unlimited quantities.
- 🍾 Alcohol quota: The following items are permitted for passengers of legal age: Two bottles of wine or champagne (maximum 750ml each). or 6 cans of beer (12oz size) Per adult.
🧸 4. Toys and Gadgets Category
- ❌ Extreme sports enthusiasts should take a break: Camera drones, roller shoes (Heelys), scooters, skateboards.
- ❌ Dangerous toys: All types of toy guns (including water guns) are strictly prohibited.
- ✅ Disney-style weapons: Plastic pirate swords, or lightsabers, can be used as photo props!
- ✅ Photography equipment/personal belongings: Portable selfie tripods, folding umbrellas, and strollers can be taken up normally.
- ✅ Medical devices: The CPAP machine (for snoring correction) can be brought up.
- ✅ Electric Scooter Luggage: Bringing them on board is permitted, but with the following conditions: “"The battery must be removable."” And the batteries have to go through separate scanning at the port.
